Return Policy 

At JungleJoy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring you feel confident about your purchases. Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and considerate of your needs as a parent. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met: 

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. 
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include but are not limited to: 

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear. 
  • Custom or personalized items. 
  • Clearance or sale items.

    2. Process for Returns

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@junglejoy.ae with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. 

    • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the product was defective or incorrect. 
    • Inspection and Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. 

    3. Damaged or Defective Items

    We take the quality of our products seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

    4. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. 
    • If the order has already been dispatched, a cancellation will be treated as a return and the above return conditions will apply. 

    5. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of receipt. To process an exchange, the returned item must meet the same conditions outlined in our return policy.

    6. Refunds

    Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    7. Responsibility for Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. For such instances, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    8. Important Notes

    • JungleJoy reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the eligibility criteria. 
    • Refunds are subject to deduction of shipping fees incurred during the original delivery (if applicable). 
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
