JungleJoy is a UAE-based e-commerce store offering a curated selection of wooden toys and early-learning essentials for infants and toddlers. Our mission is to provide families with safe, beautifully designed products that support hands-on learning, open-ended play, and joyful parenting.

We work with trusted manufacturers—including Tookytoy and others—who prioritize quality, child safety, and responsible sourcing. While many of our products carry global certifications (such as CE, UKCA, or FSC), not all items may include the same certifications. Certification details, when applicable, are listed individually on each product page.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site with the supervision of a legal guardian.

 

    2. Products and Information

    We strive to ensure product details, descriptions, and images on our site are accurate and up to date. Due to variations in manufacturing batches or screen displays, minor differences may occur.

    Availability

    All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

    Pricing

    All prices are listed in AED and may include VAT where required. Prices may change without prior notice.

     

    3. Ordering and Payment

    After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase. Please review it and notify us immediately if corrections are needed.

    Payment Methods

    We accept major debit and credit cards through secure checkout. Your payment information is encrypted, and JungleJoy does not store card details.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders can be canceled before shipment. To request a cancellation, please email support@junglejoy.ae as soon as possible.
    Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.

     

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    We offer delivery across the UAE.

    • Processing time: 1 business day
    • Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days
    • Shipping cost: Displayed at checkout

    During busy seasons or public holidays, delivery times may vary slightly. For international shipping please contact us at support@junglejoy.ae, and we’ll provide you with shipping options and costs.

    Delivery Issues

    If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at support@junglejoy.ae , and we will assist you promptly.

     

    5. Returns & Refunds (30 Days)

    We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

    Eligibility for Returns

    Items must be:

    • unused and in their original condition
    • returned in the original packaging
    • accompanied by proof of purchase

    How to Start a Return

    Email support@junglejoy.ae with your order number and reason for return.

    We will provide return instructions and next steps.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

    Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    6. Safety & Supervision

    We partner with manufacturers who follow strict quality and safety standards. However, JungleJoy is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper or unsupervised use of toys. Always check age recommendations and supervise young children during play.

    All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the JungleJoy website are the property of JungleJoy. You may not reproduce or use any material without our written consent.
